New Year’s Resolutions for the Small Business Owner [Infographic]

After you and your team have rocked around the Christmas tree at your annual holiday party and before you close the books on this year, think about the year past and assess your successes and failures. What worked? What didn’t? How can you grow your company’s success in the new year?

Nearly half of Americans make New Year’s resolutions every year. However, only 8 percent of those people actually meet their goals (Statistic Brain). Instead of falling short like every other year, make this year count. Seek out a group of colleagues that will hold you accountable for your resolutions. Maybe even display your goals in the office for your employees to see how their teamwork day in and day out contributes to the bigger picture of your company’s success.

The top resolutions people make each year pertain to improving themselves, such as losing weight, saving money, getting a better job, going back to school, etc. (USA.gov). To help our fellow small businesses improve and reach new heights in the new year, SuretyBonds.com has created a list of 12 resolutions for the American small business owner.

Are there any goals you think should be added to the list?
